Workshops

At Family Flow we aren’t just divorce and parenting coaches.

We also have a huge passion and driving ambition to help guard against financial disempowerment for men and women, educating both parties so that if the worst does happen, there’s less to argue about, less impact on the wellbeing of all parties concerned and a better outcome for all, including the children.

We are passionate child advocates and one thing that divorce can lead to is a closer, more open relationship with children, IF the education and work is put in.

With Susie having a MSc in Child Psychology and with Liz having a background in training and development plus having to navigate her ex playing Andrew Tate videos and podcasts to her children, they are uniquely qualified to help bring several topics alive especially our workshop of the moment; Adolescence Unfiltered.

Our Signature Workshops

Our three signature workshops are outlined below, but workshops or a series of them can be designed and delivered according to your unique needs.

Smart Finances, Safe Relationship

Confidently set yourself up for financial stability, balancing love, power and money.

This workshop explores emotions and how to build a healthy money mindset. You’ll learn how to manage finances fairly, spot financial power imbalances, and tackle challenges like gender inequities in the workplace and the ‘motherhood penalty’. We’ll also cover strategies for long-term security, legal protections, and advocating for yourself—whether in a relationship or at work.

Supporting kids Through Divorce

Useful tools and real-life strategies to help your kids navigate the changes that happen through separation and divorce.

This workshop is an open and honest space for parents and caregivers to gain practical advice on supporting their kids emotionally, handling the inevitable ups and downs, and understanding the signs that they might be struggling. We’ll also cover strategies on co-parenting and prioritising self-care so you can take care of everyone else.

Adolescence Unfiltered

What parents need to know about raising teens in the online world.

Inspired by the Netflix series ‘Adolescence’, this workshop offers a candid and practical look at the complexities of growing up online. It is designed to empower parents with knowledge and practical strategies to stay connected to their teens and guide them through the challenges of the digital world, fostering resilience and responsible online behaviour.

Susie and Liz are both single mothers to between them a total of five children (some with additional neurodivergent needs), so they bridge the gap between the common ‘shoulds’ many parenting experts preach and the realism of raising kids in today’s busy, manic and very scary world whilst trying to juggle a job/business and all the competing pressures of modern day life!
