For Men and Dads
Many men and dads tell us they feel sidelined, powerless, or misunderstood when they're navigating separation and divorce.
Some are grieving the daily connection with their children. Others feel caught between anger, shame, or deep sadness, all while being expected to stay strong and just get on with it.
The truth is, divorce and separation can be just as devastating for men as it can for women.
We see that. And we’re here to help.
Whilst we are women who know the female struggle intimately, a large part of our work is dedicated to helping redress imbalance. We are passionate about ensuring everyone gets the support they need to allow them to move through this life transition with grace and integrity for the benefit of the whole family.
We know men face their own unique challenges, often within a system that can feel transactional, biased, or alienating. Your experience matters. Your feelings, your struggles, and your future deserve care, understanding, and respect.
While we don’t currently offer group programmes for dads, we do provide tailored 1:1 support. Whether you need help navigating complex emotions, managing legal concerns, co-parenting effectively, or rebuilding your life, we hold space for you with compassion, clarity, and fairness.
Because this isn’t just about mums or dads. It’s about families. And when parents are supported emotionally, practically, and legally, children thrive.
If you’re a dad looking for guidance through this process, we see you. And we're here to help.
