Family Flow: The Divorce Collective
You can't always change the system, but you CAN change how you move through it.
We see the reality of divorce. We'll help you find your power within it.
INFORM EMPOWER TRANSFORM
Separation can shake every part of your world: your heart, your home, your sense of self.
We know, because we've been there too.
We've sat at the kitchen table staring at the paperwork, wondering how to get through another day, and felt the weight of holding everything together for everyone else. Sinking, overwhelmed, alone, not knowing where to turn to and only hanging on because we don't have any choice not to.
At Family Flow: The Divorce Collective, you'll find grounded, not just trauma-informed but trauma-centered guidance, support, coaching and healing from a team who understand both the emotional and practical realities of this journey. We'll help you heal the trauma divorce keeps on giving, as well as what it leaves behind, and build the clarity and strategy you need without paying for legal advice you don't. Whether you're still deciding, right in the middle of it, or picking up the pieces afterwards, we're here to help you heal, not just cope.
We Help You With
Emotional overwhelm, panic, anxiety, and decision paralysis
Healing and nervous system regulation
Legal, financial and solicitor-related practicalities (yours and your ex's)
Co-parenting or parallel parenting challenges
Confidence, identity, boundaries and communication
Isolation, betrayal, loss and grief, including with in-laws and friends
We match you with the right coach for your needs. Sometimes that's one of us, sometimes it's a combination, so you always get the right support at the right time. Through this model and our membership group, we combine trauma-recovery and nervous system regulation techniques like EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), also known as Tapping, with practical strategy. You're not just managing the chaos, you're healing from it.
You'll be met exactly where you're at, and we'll walk beside you with practical tools, emotional steadiness, and zero judgment.
The Deep Dive Clarity Call
Not a free chat. A genuinely useful hour where you leave with answers, not just reassurance.
We used to offer free discovery calls. What we found is that people don't come to a first call with small talk. They come with real questions about their situation, and they deserve a real answer, not a sales pitch squeezed into fifteen minutes. So we stopped pretending a "quick call" could do that justice, and built something that actually can.
In your Deep Dive Clarity Call, we'll get into the specifics of your situation and give you clarity and next steps you can act on immediately, whether or not you go on to work with us. And if you do book any of our services afterwards, the £97 comes straight off the cost.
Got a quick question first? Email us, we're happy to help before you book.

Where to Start
We offer a variety of support options (explore them here), matching you with the right coach, or combination of coaches, for your needs. But sometimes what you need most is to know you're not alone in this, and to have someone help you take hold of things for yourself.
If you're feeling isolated, overwhelmed, or simply exhausted from holding it all together. If you're craving belonging, understanding, and the reassurance of those who've walked this road, this is your space.

You don't have to figure it all out today. You just need to take the next step, and we'll be right there with you when you do.
“Family Flow has been a lifeline for me. It gave me a safe space to share, learn, and feel truly understood. The support and resources helped me regain confidence, build resilience, and even take the step of reporting past abuse to the police. This community hasn't just supported me, it's helped me move forward with hope and strength.”
Meet the team
Hi there, and welcome.
Hi there, and welcome. We're Family Flow, led by founder Liz Harrington, an EFT (Tapping) practitioner and trauma recovery specialist. Alongside her are Lucy Davies our Legal Coach, and Samantha Davenport, our Associate Coach.
Together, we bring decades of combined experience in psychology, somatic trauma work, legal process, and coaching. We've helped hundreds of women not just get through their divorce, but genuinely heal from it and make empowered choices, even in the toughest seasons.
“I spoke to two lawyers, one very expensive, one less so, and honestly, neither told me anything Family Flow hadn't already covered. For the money you can save, it's a no-brainer to use Family Flow. They make sure you're guided every step of the way and that you get the right legal input if and when it's needed.”

Description text We're not just a divorce coach, we're a trauma-informed team. Alongside practical strategy, we use genuine healing techniques like EFT (Tapping) to help you process what's happened, not just manage it. Because we're a team rather than a solo coach, we match you with the right coach for your needs, and can bring in a combination of us when that serves you better. And with our own Legal Coach on the team, we're able to support you whether you're representing yourself or fully represented by a solicitor, something most divorce coaches simply can't offer.goes here

DescriA good divorce coach does far more than help you cope. At Family Flow: The Divorce Collective, we combine trauma-informed healing (including EFT) with practical, strategic support, so you're not just surviving the process, you're actually processing it and coming out the other side stronger. We help you make decisions from clarity, not panic, and know exactly what you need (and don't need) a solicitor for.ption text goes here

Description teDivorce coaching doesn't replace legal advice, but it means you're not paying solicitor rates to talk through things a coach can help with just as well. We're also able to offer extensive legal and financial guidance from the team's many skills and experience, but will always be honest if and when you need to engage a lawyer, financial planner or advisor, pensions or other expert. We've developed good relationships with a variety of expert partners to ensure we can refer and recommend the right person at the right time and cost, where appropriate.xt goes here

Yes. Many of our clients are already working with a solicitor and want extra support with the emotional and practical side of things alongside their legal process. Because we also have our own Legal Coach, we can cover a lot of what a solicitor traditionally does, again saving you money, time and stress. In fact, many of our clients wish they'd found us first. They're often dissatisfied with their legal providers, or simply spending too much money using them to offload, to answer simple questions they're billed for, or for advice we give as standard in our programmes and packages. Some clients have ditched their second-rate solicitors once they've worked with us, because we've armed them with the knowledge, empowerment and support to do a better job themselves, especially if money is tight.
-
Yes! We'll always be honest with you about whether you need one. Depending on your circumstances and where you are emotionally, we'll talk you through the pros and cons of hiring a solicitor and at what level, since some solicitors want to manage everything while others will work more in partnership with you.
-
That's absolutely fine. We support people at every stage: from still deciding, through the middle of the process, to healing, financial empowerment and deciding what's next after picking up the pieces.

We no longer offer free discovery calls. As a small team, we found we simply didn't have the capacity, and we know you're better served with a full hour with us rather than just a sales call dressed up as a discovery call. Instead, we offer a paid Deep Dive Clarity Call, which is refundable against any service you book (also see above). If you just have a quick question, you're welcome to email us first.

We work with all genders, but we do attract more women due to our lived experience and the fact we run a free WhatsApp support group for women. Currently, our Sisterhood membership is women only, but we're hoping to have capacity for a similar offering for men soon. Our Reclaim & Rise and VIP packages are all available equally for those of any sex or gender.
