What is EFT Tapping?
Emotional Freedom Technique, aka ‘tapping’, involves exactly what it says – by tapping on specific meridian points you get emotional freedom from your pains, issues, limiting belief, fears, phobias, traumas.
We’re different to most divorce coaches.
We recognise that unless your nervous system is regulated as best it can be, you can’t make important decisions nor provide the care and stability needed for yourself and your children through the challenge of divorce. Research shows that EFT is a leading technique to tackle fear, stress, anxiety, depression and ease the mind.
It is often described as ‘Acupuncture without the needles’ because we use similar points as an acupuncturist would, known as 'Meridian Points' but of course we don’t use the needles! EFT is completely non-invasive, you can tap on yourself, so sessions are almost always done via Zoom and you can have your camera off if you’d prefer. Our aim is to get you so comfortable with it that you’ll be happy to ‘tap’ on yourself so that the benefits of our sessions can be maintained.

Why is EFT so effective for healing from divorce?
Because divorce is TRAUMA! It may sound extreme and a bit OTT, but studies have shown the effect on the mind and body from the stress and trauma of divorce can be worse than it is from a death and the aftermath of processing that grief. Especially when there's no end point if you're experiencing post-separation abuse, the timelines for healing from divorce can, for many, be so much longer than a period of grieving. Like grief, there are a myriad of emotions and stages and nothing is linear. Having treated trauma for over 12 years now, we are convinced, despite much exposure to so many other healing modalities, that EFT Tapping is the best!
